Abstract
The phase diagram of a three-dimensional granular superconductor is explored by calculation of the charge-charge correlation function in the Oguchi approximation. A charge-fluctuation-dominated regime is found, not previously accounted for in the literature. The relevance of phase and/or charge fluctuations is discussed.
