Abstract
We present the first calculation of the full angular dependence of the upper critical field in a superconducting superlattice composed of two metals, S and N, a so-called proximity-effect-coupled system, in the dirty limit. Angle dependence is found to appear only in superlattices which exhibit the phenomenon of two- to three-dimensional crossover. We find also that angle dependence appears only when at least one of the two materials comprising the superlattice is thicker than the S-metal BCS coherence length.
