Abstract
The study of fluctuation effects on the properties of a conventional superconductor with a strong electron-phonon interaction is continued. The correction to the specific heat of the metal above the critical point is calculated. It is proved that the phenomenological Ginzburg-Landau theory can be applied perfectly well to a system with a retarded interaction.
