Abstract
The properties of the structural twins in RBa2Cu3O7−δ compounds are investigated in a wide range of temperatures in the framework of the suggested model. The dependence of the size of the twins versus temperature is considered. The temperature interval of the sharp increase of twin size with increase of the temperature is found.
