Abstract

For spin-fluctuation-induced d-wave superconductivity in a two-dimensional Hubbard model we calculate the suppression of Tc, the isotope exponent α, and the enhancement of the resistivity ρ due to additional phonon interaction. The smallest Tc suppression and the largest α values are obtained for interactions α2F(q,ω) which are enhanced at q=0. For a reasonably large coupling constant λp the enhancement of ρ yields qualitative agreement with the data on YBa2Cu3O7. However, the largest values of α (∼0.2) lie at the lower limit of the measured values for reduced-Tc materials. © 1996 The American Physical Society.
