Abstract

Specific heat and magnetoresistance of the organic superconductor κ−(BEDT−TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br were measured simultaneously at temperatures near the superconducting transition. The magnetic field was aligned exactly along the conducting plane. We obtained a steep slope of the upper critical field near Tc. The results are discussed from the viewpoint of the paramagnetic Pauli limit.
