Abstract
With a finite-size dual-transformation implemented, vortex interactions are analytically obtained and shown to be screened by single vortices in finite arrays of Josephson junctions. The single vortices are not uniformly distributed but reside near the boundary, resulting in the over-screened pair-interaction. On the other hand, in the interior region of the array free from the single vortices, the pairs interact via a long-range potential.
