Abstract

The dc resistance and surface-acoustic-wave (SAW) attenuation has been measured in granular Pb/PbOx and In/InOx films as a function of temperature. The behavior of resistance and attenuation data has been found to be in agreement with the predictions of a recently developed model that is based on a percolation description of granular superconducting films. In this paper we will present the resistance and SAW attenuation data and compare them to the predictions of the percolation model.
