Abstract
We generalize exact scaling relations between various correlation functions in one- and two-dimensional (2D) Luttinger liquids. This relation can be used to show that in the presence of strong antiferromagnetic fluctuation, there will be no enhancement of the superconducting instability from within the layer for a 2D Luttinger liquid. Possible relevance to high-Tc superconducting cuprates is discussed.
