Abstract
We investigate experimentally the appearance of satellite Fiske steps in Josephson junctions in the presence of microwave fields. A homogeneous as well as inhomogeneous coupling to the rf field is considered. Experimental results are discussed with the help of numerical simulations and compared to existing theory.
