Abstract

Vortex lattice structures to occur in Rashba noncentrosymmetric superconductors under a magnetic field parallel to the basal plane are studied by assuming the s-wave pairing and taking account of both the paramagnetic and orbital depairings. A high-field vortex lattice with a modulation perpendicular to the field and of Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov type, occurring in the limit of vanishing ζ̃ (spin-orbit coupling normalized by Fermi energy), is found to be replaced with increasing ζ̃ by another vortex lattice with a modulation of the gap amplitude and induced by the absence of inversion symmetry. A correlation between a structural transition and an inflection of the Hc2(T) curve is discussed in relation to Hc2 data of CeRhSi3.
